The most common cause for an order page that doesn't load is slow internet. 

Here are instructions to try and fix this issue:

  1. Refresh the page twice 
  2. Clear your cache. On your browser Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data
  3. Disconnect and reconnect to the internet
  4. Upload a smaller version of the receipt and card image files 

Other potential solutions:

  1. Try using another browsers: Mozilla or Safari or Brave
  2. Use other mobile phone or laptop, if you have spare available
